Jakarta Hasn’t Moved On From Ahok

Hundreds of colorful flower boards for outgoing Governor Basuki “Ahok” Tjahaja Purnama and Deputy Governor Djarot Saiful Hidayat filled Jakarta’s City Hall on Tuesday morning (25/04), sent by the city’s residents to say thanks and farewell to their beloved leaders.

Many of the flower boards were accompanied with melancholic, Hallmark card-like messages for the governor, which quickly did the round on social media.
